Good morning! Or rather, hope your sleep was well enough to get you going for the rest of your day.

One thing I’ve been keeping track of very recently are my sleep levels, the amount of sleep I get, along with what times I actually sleep.

However, when it comes down to it, sleep can be a great equalizer in terms of getting energy “back” with regards to recovery. The placebo effect is well documented, and sleep quality is no stranger to it. This article divulges how our sleep habits may be affected by our own interpretation of how well we slept. Interesting, because I always think my sleep habits are awful. Maybe I can think my sleeping problems away… Regardless, it is an interesting article that got me to thinking!
